I think Betsy Ross made the flag because,She owned a seamstress shop.But I also think Francis Hopkins helped with it because in the script it said that Francis helped design it because the script also said he was a creative man.The script also said that Betsy had made flags from previous times.She also made the stars from paper.Also, the script said that the new flag committee carried it into congress.The script also had a bunch of family letters.In the yellow passage it said that Robert Morris hired Betsy to make the flag.
